TOCAL raises ₹9 crore, partners with K-Indev Logistics for EV logistics expansion

TOCAL (DbyT Dynamics Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), received ₹9 crore investment after appearing on Startup Singam, which streams on JioHotstar and airs on Star Vijay. The round is led by XB Group with ₹8.5 crore, along with participation from Navyug Global Ventures and investor Nivetha Muralidharan. XB Group is the parent group of K-Indev Logistics.

TOCAL and K-Indev Logistics formed a collaboration to build a logistics platform combining EV delivery operations, fulfilment centres, warehousing, fleet management software, and delivery operations. K-Indev Logistics contributes micro-warehousing and logistics operations, and TOCAL contributes EV fleet operations, delivery network, rider network, and technology systems.

The investment will be used for expansion to additional cities, setup of fulfilment centres, scaling of EV fleet operations, development of logistics software, and expansion of enterprise partnerships.
