Refunds & Cancellation

The following applies to online events and webinars.

Automatic refunds will be issued in case of cancellation of an event, within a maximum of one week after cancellation of the event.

In case an event is delayed or postponed, refunds will be issued upon receiving a request for refund on info@evreporter.com before the commencement of the rescheduled event. Such refunds will be processed within one week of the receipt of request of refund.

No refund requests will be entertained if the event is scheduled to happen as per the original schedule.

The following applies to print magazines.

Automatic refunds will be issued in case of cancellation of the magazine dispatch, within a maximum of first 20 days of the month for which the magazine was to be dispatched.

In case a magazine is not received by the customer within the concerned month, refunds will be issued upon receiving a request for refund on info@evreporter.com. Such refunds will be processed within one week of the receipt of request of refund.

No refund requests will be entertained if the magazine is scheduled to be despatched within the first 20 days of the concerned month.

No refund requests will be entertained if the address given by the customer is wrong or incomplete.
