EzyFleet Raises ₹3.2 Crore in Seed Funding
EzyFleet, a Mumbai-based electric fleet management and logistics company, has raised ₹3.2 crore in seed funding from Canada-based investment firm Saffron Maple Private Limited.
EzyFleet operates a fleet of more than 150 electric vehicles across 10+ cities in India. The fleet includes both electric three-wheelers and four-wheelers. The company provides fleet management and logistics services to enterprise customers, including charging management, driver management, vehicle uptime and route optimisation.
The company’s fleet is deployed across cities including Mumbai, Delhi, the National Capital Region (NCR), Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Pune, among others. EzyFleet is co-founded by Sonal Garodia and Pritam Mohanty, who serves as CEO.
According to EzyFleet, the funding will be used to:
- Expand its electric vehicle fleet and geographic presence
- Develop its technology and fleet-management capabilities
- Expand its operational infrastructure
- Grow its enterprise customer base
- Support the company’s electric logistics operations

The investment also represents a cross-border investment between Canada and India, with Saffron Maple providing capital to EzyFleet as the company expands its electric logistics operations.
