VinFast partners with RoadGrid to expand EV service and charging network in India

VinFast Auto India, a subsidiary of VinFast, has entered into a service partnership with RoadGrid, an EV charging and aftersales solutions provider. The partnership aims to expand VinFast’s charging and service infrastructure in India, supporting its operational readiness ahead of upcoming product launches, with a target of establishing 120 service workshops before the first vehicle delivery.

As part of this partnership, VinFast plans to set up extended service workshops with multiple providers, including RoadGrid, to strengthen its aftersales operations in India. This initiative is intended to improve accessibility and operational coverage across the country. The collaboration will support service delivery through real-time charging access, diagnostics-based services, and digital integration. According to the companies, this integrated approach will contribute to the development of VinFast’s EV ecosystem in India.

RoadGrid provides EV charging and aftersales services in various cities in India, with a focus on infrastructure and digital platforms that support electric vehicle users and fleet operators.
