VinFast partners with Global Assure to expand customer service network in India

VinFast (NASDAQ: VFS), an electric vehicle manufacturer and a subsidiary of Vingroup JSC, has announced a partnership with Global Assure to expand its customer service network across India. Global Assure is a provider of customer support services in India. This collaboration aims to offer a range of customer support and mobility services to VinFast users in the country.

Under this partnership, Global Assure will manage key customer service functions, including a 24×7 call center, roadside assistance (RSA), mobile charging services, and mobile service operations. These services will be available across India. Customers can access support through a toll-free number and email.

Commenting on the development, Pham Sanh Chau, CEO Asia of VinFast, said, “As VinFast is gearing up to launch its premium electric SUVs – the VF 7 and VF 6 in India market, this partnership underlines the brand’s commitment to ensure prompt, dependable, and customer-focused support across the country. Together, we aim to establish a holistic and reliable electric mobility ecosystem in India that extends beyond our vehicles to offer true peace of mind for our customers.”

Service offerings under the partnership include:

  • 24/7 Customer Support: A call center will be operated to address customer queries and provide assistance at all times.
  • Nationwide Roadside Assistance: Emergency roadside support will be made available across the country.
  • Mobile Charging Solutions: On-demand mobile charging services will be provided.
  • Mobile Service Operations: Mobile service vans will be deployed to assist customers on-site in case of vehicle breakdowns requiring basic repairs.
