Omega Seiki Mobility raises ₹50 crore in funding round
Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has raised ₹50 crore in a funding round co-led by Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma.
According to the company, the capital will be used to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development (R&D), enhance its dealer and service network, and support the rollout of new electric mobility products.
OSM operates manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune. Its product portfolio includes electric cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers, and electric light commercial vehicles.
Commenting on the development, Dr. Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of Omega Seiki Mobility, said “This investment reflects the confidence investors have in our vision, execution, and long-term strategy. Over the last eight years, we have built a company grounded in manufacturing excellence, innovation, and financial discipline. As India’s EV market enters its next phase of growth, we remain committed to delivering sustainable mobility solutions while creating long-term value for our customers, partners, and investors.”
Founded in 2018, Omega Seiki Mobility manufactures electric commercial vehicles in India. According to the company, it reported revenue of approximately ₹333 crore in FY26, with a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹7.3 crore and an EBITDA margin of 7.7%.
The company is backed by the Anglian Omega Group and lists Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé among its customers.
The company also cited a recent pre-IPO research report that valued Omega Seiki Mobility between ₹1,775 crore and ₹2,833 crore.
