EKA Mobility and KPIT Technologies partner to develop electric powertrain components
EKA (Pinnacle Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), a provider of mobility solutions, and KPIT Technologies, a developer of mobility technology solutions, have signed an MOU to collaborate on the development and integration of electric powertrain components. The partnership focuses on enhancing efficiency, performance, and sustainability in India’s electric commercial vehicle sector. The announcement was made at the Bharat Mobility Expo held in New Delhi from January 18 to 22, 2025.
The collaboration will focus on developing electric powertrain systems, including traction motors, controllers, vehicle control units, and battery management systems for EKA’s electric buses and commercial vehicles. KPIT Technologies brings decades of experience in mobility and a range of electric powertrain technologies.
