The highlight of this upgrade is the significant increase in rated current from 40A to 60A, providing a solid, reliable foundation for higher-power applications.

Superior Design, Enhanced Experience

• Increased Current Capacity: Supports 8–9 AWG power wires and 20–22 AWG signal wires. The 60A rated current meets more demanding electrical performance requirements, ensuring stable operation in high-power systems.

• Floating Structure Design: The unique floating male-end design offers excellent shock absorption and buffering, effectively compensating for mating tolerance and ensuring reliability and long service life in vibration-prone environments (mechanical life up to 5,000 cycles).

• Convenient Bi-Directional Mating: Supports insertion from both directions, enabling true plug-and-play operation. This greatly simplifies use and improves efficiency, especially in high-frequency applications such as shared mobility and battery swapping.

• All-Weather Adaptability: Operating temperature range is from -40℃ to 105℃. The IP rating is IPX7 on the battery side, IPX6 (optional) on the vehicle side, and IPX5 (optional) when mated, ensuring safe and reliable operation in rainy or humid environments.

The upgraded FC09 is suitable for ToC end-users in daily charging and discharging, as well as ToB enterprises engaged in shared and swapping operations.
