ASX EV Solutions partners with EVBox to procure EV chargers in KSA
ASX EV Solutions, a subsidiary of AlSharif Group Holding (ASG), has reached an agreement with EVBox for the purchase of large quantities of EV Chargers. This agreement will facilitate the development of the EV Charging infrastructure in KSA and support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The development will cater to the increasing demand for chargers in the Saudi market. ASX EV Solutions, based out of Jeddah, is a Charge Point Operator (CPO) operating a network of EV chargers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In November 2022, Amsterdam-based EV charger manufacturer EVBox entered the Saudi Arabia market by joining forces with the AlSharif Group and CATEC Mobility to make electric mobility. Together the companies attended the EV Auto Show event from the 1st to the 3rd of November 2022, showcasing EVBox Elvi and EVBox Business Line, which are now SASO-certified and ready to use by EV drivers in that region.
