Mahindra Last Mile Mobility and Attero partner for EV battery recycling
Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML), India’s electric 3-wheeler manufacturer and a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra, has entered into a collaboration with Attero, a global leader in Lithium-ion battery recycling and e-waste management. This strategic partnership aims to address environmental concerns associated with the safe disposal of electric vehicle (EV) batteries through effective recycling initiatives.
MLMML, offers a range of Li-ion electric 3-wheelers, including models like Treo, Treo Plus, Treo Zor, Treo Yaari, and Zor Grand. Attero, known for its advanced recycling technology, has a notable recovery rate for precious materials at its Roorkee facility. The partnership between MLMML and Attero is specifically focused on promoting the sustainability and recycling/reuse of lithium-ion batteries.
