CHARGE+ZONE launches new EV charging software solution ‘ChargeCloud’
CHARGE+ZONE, an EV charging company in India, has launched a new software solution for Charge Point Operators. This SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform, called ChargeCloud, is designed for the management of EV charging stations and offers software services that connect chargers to CHARGE+ZONE’s Charging Station Management System (CMS).
Charging station operators can subscribe to ChargeCloud for a fee of INR 499 (basic rate, subject to conditions) per charger per month, gaining access to features that optimize charger utilization, manage charging sessions, and provide real-time data insights, said a release. ChargeCloud also introduced ChargeMasters, a team responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of chargers.

CHARGE+ZONE, an early player in the EV industry, has established partnerships with various OEMs, eMobility companies, and prominent players in the Indian EV ecosystem. As per an official statement, they currently operate or are constructing over 3,200+ charging points across more than 1,600 EV charging stations in 37 Indian cities and have covered more than 10,000 km of highways and aim to reach one million charging points by 2030. CHARGE+ZONE also aims to integrate solar and wind power generation into their charging stations wherever feasible, in compliance with state policies and electricity regulations.
