EVChargeX Partners with EVI Technologies, IIT Delhi and DRIIV to Build an End-to-End Mobility Ecosystem

EVChargeX is the electric mobility brand of EFLOMOB Mobility Pvt. Ltd. It provides a comprehensive suite of electric mobility solutions, including electric scooters and rentals tailored for gig workers, battery swapping stations and plug-in charging for two-wheelers, car charging setups for homes, workplaces, and fleets, as well as high-capacity bus charging for commercial and intercity operations.

The startup, co-founded by Dilawar Gulia and Riplav Satija, has recently launched its first physical outlet in Chandigarh Tricity mainly to facilitate gig workers with their electric mobility needs.

EVChargeX has announced a strategic collaboration with EVI Technologies Private Limited (EVIT)—an IIT Delhi-incubated technology company and ecosystem partner of DRIIV (Delhi Research Implementation and Innovation)—to jointly develop and deploy an integrated Made-in-India Electric Mobility Ecosystem for commercial electric two-wheelers.

The collaboration brings EVChargeX’s operational expertise in electric fleet management and battery swapping with EVIT’s charging technologies, research capabilities, and product development ecosystem nurtured through IIT Delhi, Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT), Electropreneur Park (supported by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India), and DRIIV, the Delhi Science and Technology Cluster established under the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA) to the Government of India.

The ecosystem includes e-2Ws, advanced swappable Lithium battery technology, battery swapping station (BSS), smart charging infrastructure, cloud-based energy & battery management software, fleet operations & management, technology-driven monitoring platform, and trained riders and operational manpower.

EVChargeX is integrating advanced battery swapping infrastructure into its commercial mobility platform to deliver faster energy access, higher fleet utilization, lower operational costs, and enhanced rider productivity.
