Bajaj Auto launches WEGO P9018 electric 3W at ₹4.41 lakh

Bajaj Auto Ltd. has announced the launch of the WEGO P9018 electric three-wheeler in India. The company states that the vehicle offers a certified range of 296 km on a single charge and is equipped with a 17.7 kWh battery pack. The ex-showroom price of the Bajaj WEGO P9018 is ₹4,41,247 (pan-India).

According to Bajaj Auto, the WEGO P9018 has been designed to cater to passenger and luggage transport requirements across urban, semi-urban, and rural markets. The company claims that the vehicle features the largest battery capacity in India’s electric three-wheeler segment.

The model is equipped with a Battery Management System (BMS), regenerative braking, and a two-speed transmission. It offers 36% gradability and comes with a 5-year warranty. Bajaj Auto states that these features are intended to support operational efficiency and range optimisation.

The WEGO brand has been introduced for Bajaj Auto’s passenger carrier segment. The company states that the brand represents its presence in the last-mile mobility market.
