Varroc to supply high-voltage EV electronics to a passenger vehicle OEM
Varroc Engineering Ltd. has announced a new business agreement with an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer for the supply of High Voltage electronics for e-powertrain systems, expanding its business portfolio in the passenger vehicle electronics segment.
Under the agreement, Varroc will supply High Voltage electronics for e-powertrain components such as power electronics units, inverters, onboard chargers, battery management systems (BMS), and DC-DC converters. Production will take place at Varroc’s facility in Romania. The contract covers an eight-year delivery period, with a peak annual capacity valued at INR 8,000 million based on the OEM’s volume forecast.
