XSOS 2025: Industry stakeholders discuss India’s EV future

Xtrawrkx Management Consulting organized the second edition of the Xtrawrkx Summit on Summits (XSOS 2025) on February 21-22, 2025, in Dharamshala. The two-day event facilitated discussions among EV startups, investors, policymakers, and industry experts on sectoral challenges, regulatory frameworks, and investment opportunities.

XSOS 2025 focused on connecting innovators, regulators, and investors to support EV industry growth. The summit featured three panel discussions addressing key industry topics:

• Policy Panel: Government officials and industry representatives discussed regulatory frameworks, incentives, and infrastructure development for EV adoption.

• Investor Panel: Investors provided insights into funding trends, capital access challenges, and considerations for supporting EV startups.

• Startup Panel: EV startups presented new technologies, charging infrastructure solutions, and fleet electrification strategies.

The summit included one-on-one investor meetings, offering EV startups direct engagement with venture capital firms, angel investors, and funding networks. These meetings provided opportunities for discussions on scaling operations, securing investment, and forming partnerships.
