Ultraviolette unveils new e-scooter Tesseract and e-motorcycle Shockwave
Ultraviolette has introduced two new electric vehicles, including its first electric scooter, Tesseract, at an introductory price of ₹1.2 lakh for the first 10,000 customers. The company has also unveiled a new electric motorcycle, Shockwave, priced at ₹1.49 lakh for the first 1,000 customers. Pre-bookings for both models are open at ₹999.

The Tesseract scooter features integrated radar, a dashcam, Omnisense mirrors, a 261 km IDC range, 20 bhp (15 kW) peak power, 34 liters of under-seat storage, 14-inch wheels, and fast charging (up to 80% in less than an hour). It also includes a 7-inch touchscreen TFT display, multi-color LED ORVM displays, blind spot detection, lane change assist, and real-time collision alerts. Battery options include a 6kWh (15kW, 261 km range), 3.5kWh (10kW, 162 km range), and 5kWh (15kW, 220 km range). Pricing for the next 50,000 customers is ₹1.3 lakh, with a final price of ₹1.45 lakh. Deliveries start in early 2026.

Shockwave, the newly launched electric motorcycle, features a torque output of 505 Nm at the rear wheel, a peak power of 14.5 bhp (10.8 kW), and an IDC range of 165 km. It accelerates from 0 to 60 kph in 2.9 seconds and is equipped with spoked wheels and dual-purpose tires. Powered by a 3.5kWh battery, Shockwave will be available in two color options: Cosmic Black and Frost White. Deliveries are scheduled to start in early 2026.
At the FAST FORWARD India ’25 event in Bengaluru, Ultraviolette presented its technology roadmap and expansion plans. The company showcased features such as intelligent rider safety, radar technology, connected and temperature-controlled riding gear, aviation-based motor technology, and voice-based communication systems.

Ultraviolette has expanded to thirteen cities and plans to reach fifty cities in India by FY 2026. The company is also focusing on global markets, including the UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and France.
