Ultraviolette launches UVLYNC Type 2 Charging Interface for e2Ws at INR 2,999
Bangalore-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ultraviolette has launched UVLYNC, a Type 2 Charging Interface that enables F77 and other electric two-wheeler (E2W) owners to access over 4,000 AC car charging stations and 100,000 Type 2 chargers across India. Priced at INR 2,999, the interface is available on Ultraviolette’s website.
According to the company, UVLYNC addresses the need for standardized and broader charging options for E2W owners. The charging solution aims to facilitate long-distance travel and improve access to India’s growing AC charging infrastructure.
Niraj Rajmohan, Co-Founder and CTO of Ultraviolette, stated, “By providing a universal interface, this solution expands charging possibilities and fosters greater confidence in embracing electric mobility. As more riders transition to EVs, the UVLYNC will not only simplify daily charging needs but also accelerate the development of an inclusive and robust electric ecosystem nationwide.”
