Montra Electric and Magenta Mobility sign MoU for supply of 100 Eviator E350L

Montra Electric, an electric vehicle manufacturer, and Magenta Mobility, an e-mobility solutions provider, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to support the adoption of electric vehicles in India’s logistics sector. The MoU was signed by Mr. Saju Nair, Chief Executive Officer of TIVOLT Electric Private Limited (SCV division of Montra Electric), and Mr. Maxson Lewis, Managing Director and CEO of Magenta Mobility.

Under the agreement, Tivolt Electric Vehicles will supply 100 Eviator E350L electric vehicles to Magenta Mobility for use across various applications, including FMCG, grocery, e-commerce, and telecom sectors. The EVIATOR E350L, introduced at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, includes vehicle software and telematics systems. Montra Electric will also provide service and charging support tailored to Magenta Mobility’s operational requirements.

This partnership focuses on enabling the use of electric vehicles in the 4-wheeler small commercial vehicle (e-SCV) segment, with an emphasis on intercity transport and operational efficiency. Montra Electric will work with Magenta Mobility to address specific use cases and provide services aimed at maintaining vehicle uptime and profitability. This agreement also introduces an electric vehicle offering in the 3.5-tonne category.
