MG Comet EV for urban mobility launched at INR 7.98 lakhs

MG Motor India has officially unveiled its latest addition to its EV lineup, the MG Comet EV. The MG Comet EV is a compact electric vehicle aimed at city driving. Equipped with a IP67 rated 17.3 kWh battery pack, the Comet can travel up to 230 kilometres on a single charge.

The highlights of Comet EV

The EV does not possess fast charging capability; and can be charged from 0-100% using an AC charger (3.3 kW) in around 7 hours.

The MG Comet EV is priced at Rs. 7.98 lakhs (ex-showroom, India) and will be available to book starting May 15. The deliveries will also begin in May for select cities.
