Omega Seiki Mobility launches autonomous electric cargo three-wheeler ‘Swayamgati Cargo’, priced at ₹4.15 lakh
Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) announced the commercial launch of Swayamgati Cargo, an autonomous electric cargo three-wheeler, at an introductory price of ₹4.15 lakh. Bookings are open and deliveries are expected to begin this quarter.
Swayamgati Cargo is built on the Swayamgati passenger autonomy platform and is intended for controlled environments such as industrial parks, manufacturing facilities, airports, SEZs, warehousing hubs, gated campuses, and smart city sites.

According to the company, the vehicle combines an electric drivetrain with an autonomy system that includes Lidar, GPS, multi-sensor navigation, obstacle detection up to 6 meters, geofenced routing, and remote fleet management. It operates on pre-mapped routes tailored to specific sites and offers a range of up to 120 km. OSM has announced plans to deploy 1,500 autonomous cargo and passenger units over the next 24 months.
According to global industry estimates, autonomous logistics and low-speed autonomous mobility are expected to grow within the global autonomous vehicle market, which is projected to reach USD 620 billion by 2030. In India, expanding industrial and logistics infrastructure is contributing to interest in autonomous cargo solutions. OSM states that Swayamgati Cargo is the first production-ready autonomous cargo EV intended for industrial deployment in the country.

Dr. Uday Narang, Founder & Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, said “After the successful launch of Swayamgati for passenger applications, Swayamgati Cargo is our next major step toward building India’s autonomous mobility ecosystem. Industrial parks, manufacturing hubs, and logistics facilities today demand precision, efficiency, and 24/7 reliability. Autonomous cargo EVs are the future of structured logistics. With this launch, we are proving once again that advanced autonomy can be designed, engineered, and produced in India—at a cost that makes sense for businesses across the country.”
Vivek Dhawan, Chief Strategy Officer, OSM, said “Swayamgati Cargo brings intelligent logistics to the ground level. From material handling to last-mile campus transport, this vehicle eliminates human error, cuts operating costs, and ensures predictable movement. Our vision is clear: to democratize autonomy for India’s industries. With strong demand coming from airports, factories, and tech campuses, we see Swayamgati Cargo becoming a critical part of India’s smart logistics infrastructure.”
The autonomy platform recently completed a Phase-1 pilot on a 3-km controlled route. Phase-2 deployment will focus on structured industrial logistics environments.
Swayamgati Cargo is designed for controlled industrial and commercial environments. Potential application areas include:
• Industrial material handling
• Airport baggage and cargo movement
• Intra-campus goods transfer
• Warehousing logistics
• Movement within e-commerce fulfillment centers
• Operations inside gated and tech park premises
The vehicle will be manufactured at OSM facilities in Faridabad and Chakan (Pune), with capability to produce both autonomous passenger and cargo variants. An assembly unit in Jafza, Dubai, supports distribution to markets in Asia and Africa. The company also operates a service network of more than 200 dealerships for maintenance and operational support.
