Montra Electric to deploy 50 EVIATOR e-SCVs in partnership with Green Drive Mobility

Montra Electric, the clean mobility arm of the Murugappa Group, has entered into a partnership with Green Drive Mobility to support the deployment of electric vehicles for logistics operations in India. Under the agreement, Montra Electric will supply 50 EVIATOR electric small commercial vehicles (e-SCVs) over the next three months. These vehicles will be integrated into Green Drive Mobility’s fleet to be used across first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile delivery segments.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Saju Nair, Chief Executive Officer of TIVOLT Electric Private Limited (the SCV division of Montra Electric), and Mr. Hari Krishna, Founder & CEO of Green Drive Mobility.

Montra Electric’s EVIATOR is equipped with software-defined vehicle (SDV) architecture and telematics systems. The vehicle has been designed for goods transportation and includes features to support load-carrying, energy efficiency, and digital integration. As part of the partnership, 50 EVIATOR units will be deployed in phases. These vehicles will be integrated into Green Drive Mobility’s operations, which incorporate real-time tracking, route planning, and data-driven performance monitoring.
