Fasmho Energy collaborates with Cyantron Synergies to deploy High Voltage BMS for electric vehicles

An EV battery management technology startup, Fasmho Energy, and Cyantron Synergies, manufacturers of advanced battery packs, have partnered to collaborate on developing and manufacturing custom intelligent energy storage solutions for non-stationary high voltage energy systems like electric buses and trucks. The aim of the partnership is to meet the growing demand for domestically sourced solutions in the Indian EV sector. Over the next three years, they aim to produce integrated energy systems estimated to be worth over USD 180 million, with Fasmho’s intelligent battery management units expected to contribute over USD 10 million in value. This collaboration is suggested to improve the availability of reliable solutions in India’s EV sector, where imported components are commonly relied upon.

The partnership will see the development and production of over 32,000 units of custom-designed, high voltage intelligent Battery Systems over the next three years. Leveraging Fasmho Energy’s expertise in battery intelligence and Cyantron Synergies’ proficiency in battery pack design and manufacturing, the companies aim to become key suppliers of energy storage solutions to Indian EV manufacturers. Fasmho Energy has advanced in low voltage BMS through research. This partnership will expand operations to high voltage BMS. They are supported by iCreate, a Technology Business Incubator.

Speaking on the occasion, Abdul Azeez Khan CEO of Fasmho Energy said, “India is currently witnessing an EV revolution with towns and cities placing record orders for clean and energy efficient electric public buses and other large vehicles. Supported by our robust manufacturing ecosystem, OEMs are choosing to Make in India and we are excited to partner with Cyantron Synergies to develop and produce advanced and intelligent integrated energy storage solutions for high voltage use cases. Be it manufacturing of electric buses or trucks, our solution will be a shot in the arm for manufacturers in India by reducing import reliance of such critical components.”

Cyantron Synergies’ director, Mohammed UbeduddinIn said, “In our journey supporting hundreds of clients in the EV domain, we noticed a critical gap in reliable electrical monitoring for Advanced Chemistry Energy Storage Solutions. Our solution integrates intelligent algorithms seamlessly into the EV Eco-System, ensuring real-time issue resolution. Cyantron, expanding from Cell Design to Cell Manufacturing and Battery Pack Assemblies, aims to be the ultimate solution provider. Through our strategic partnership with Fasmho Energy we aim to deliver a robust and intelligent energy storage solution for EVs and advance our vision for a greener future.”
